Role Overview:
As a Cloud Delivery Engineer at cubesys, you’ll be a driving force in our project and managed services engagements. Your responsibilities will span across project implementation, solution design, technical documentation, and operational support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to the evolution of our managed services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement infrastructure and cloud solutions within the scope of client engagements.
- Provide operational support, resolve customer queries, and offer remote and onsite assistance.
- Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and ensure compliance with cubesys Managed Service procedures.
- Collaborate in developing project implementation plans and schedules, ensuring project success.
- Take ownership of deliverables in the Statement of Work for assigned engagements.
- Address project issues and maintain effective communication to mitigate risks.
- Design, build, and validate technical solution components as per approved design specifications.
- Align customer business requirements with technical deliverables and create comprehensive documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of infrastructure/cloud technologies and trends.
- Collaborate with vendors for installation, configuration, and technical support.
- Demonstrate accountability for deliverables within Managed Service contracts.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of technical processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to integrate multi-technology platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including virtualization and cloud environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, ITIL) are a plus.
