Exchange and Security & Compliance administrators now have the ability to enable the ‘Report Message’ add-in from the Security and Compliance portal (https://protection.office.com/) through the Threat ManagementPolicy blade

In addition of this move, you can also configure a customized message which will be displayed before and/or after submitting message using the add-in.
