Through AI Forge, our AI practice, we help businesses move from experimenting with AI to using it in practical, governed, genuinely useful ways.
About the Role
We’re looking for a young, hungry, energetic salesperson who is excited by what AI can do for everyday businesses — and wants to build a serious sales career on the most exciting wave in the industry.
This is the commercial engine behind AI Forge. You’ll take qualified, genuinely interested prospects and turn them into customers — helping small and mid-sized organisations (roughly 100 to 1,000 people) put AI to work.
It’s a full-cycle commercial role with a hunter mindset. Qualified opportunities are fed to you, but you’ll own the momentum end to end — running discovery, shaping the commercials, and closing. This is not a technical role, and it is not account management. It is sales, plain and simple.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead customer discovery from the first qualified meeting through to close
- Own the commercials — scope, pricing, value framing, negotiation and close
- Map and manage the customer’s buying process, not just our sales process
- Build credibility with executive-level decision-makers
- Keep your pipeline honest and moving in HubSpot, with clean forecasting
- Partner with our Pre-Sales experts for the technical detail while you own the deal
- Be a proactive hunter in your patch — including picking up the phone
- Hand finished deals cleanly to our delivery team

What You’ll Need
Essential:
- Full Australian working rights
- A National Police Check (standard for all our team)
- Early-career B2B sales experience, or strong natural sales ability with a genuine interest in technology
Desirable (not required):
- Exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem or technology sales
- Experience selling a defined, packaged offer at pace
- Any experience that shows you can persuade, negotiate, or close — work or otherwise
