Intune – You can now customize the Company Portal

For those already working with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), you already know that you can customize the Software Center to hide tab and/or apply your company logo.

This capability was not available in Intune… until now Smile

To do so,, logon to your Endpoint Configuration Manager portal (https://devicemanagement.microsoft.com/ or the new URL https://endpoint.microsoft.com/) reach the Tenant AdministrationCustomization blade under the End User experience section

You can define the following:

  • Organization name
  • Color
  • Theme colo
  • Show in header – defines whether the header in the end-user experiences should display the Company logo and name, the Company logo only, or the Company name only. The preview boxes below will only show the logos, not the name
  • Custom image for backgrounds – both for theme color or white/light theme
  • Custom image for logo

From there you can edit the default policy to upload your company logo, change organization name or color…

You also create additional custom policies to apply to user groups; the default policy will then be first applied and then the corresponding policy

Once you have done this, the Company Portal on iOS or Android devices will then be updated to apply the policies
