Office 365 – Administrators can now review and manage end-users feedbacks

As you know, Microsoft products provided with Office 365 (Office 365 administration portals and mobile apps, Office clients [including mobile]…) have a feature to provide feedbacks from end-users.

If you have configured the policy to allow end-users to provide feedbacks (see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/manage-feedback-ms-org?view=o365-worldwide#configure-policies), Office 365 administrators can now review and manage these feedbacks.

This applies only to feedbacks provided over the past 18 months.

If you are an Office 365 administrator (or have the reports reader role) and want to review these feedbacks, connect to your Office 365 administration portal (https://admin.microsoft.com/) and access the Health\Product feedback blade

There you will see all feedbacks sent over the last 18 months and you will be able to export to CSV or delete them
