The upload limit of a single file size has been increased from 15 Gb to 100 Gb for both SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.

As always when uploading large individual files it is recommended to use the OneDrive for Business client to sync the file(s) to take advantage of the synchronization capabilities of the OneDrive client.
